Monday musings

Yes, I see a Monday has rolled around again! Did everyone have a good weekend? It seemed especially short to me, perhaps because I was inside so much. We hit 100 both days so the AC got a workout. But being inside, I did get some writing done. I’m nearing the end of No Strings and I think you ladies will enjoy this one.

A friend from the UK was in Boston this weekend to attend a Melissa Etheridge concert. She “rang” me on Saturday and we had a good visit. And I know we both speak English, but between my Texas twang and her British accent I often wondered if we were speaking the same language! For you British gals out there...
